I. Solution Description:

SSD201 is a highly integrated intelligent high-definition display solution. The main chip is ARM Cortex A7, dual-core, with a frequency of 1.2GHz. SSD201 has a built-in DDR2 of 512Mb. It supports H.264/H.265 decoding, a 2D graphics engine. It supports MIPI and TTL interface display screens, and the resolution can reach up to 1920x1080@60fps. It supports SPI-Nor/Nand Flash, two Ethernet ports. It has a built-in RTC, and supports Microphone input and Lineout. It is packaged in QFN128 with a size of 12.3x12.3mm, and the operating temperature of the chip is -20~85℃.
