According to TrendForce’s latest memory spot price trend report, regarding DRAM, among different product categories, DDR4 chips are still experiencing the most significant price hikes, with the average spot price of mainstream chips (i.e., DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s) increasing by 6.88% US$5.947 this week. In NAND, transactions are starting to rebound under the expectation of price hikes and rising demand for buy orders, with QLC products performing the best. Details are as follows:

DRAM Spot Price:

Driven by increasingly positive market sentiment, spot prices continue to rise. Sellers are holding back their stocks, leading to an ongoing rise in quotes. Buyers are finding it difficult to keep up with the climbing prices, so transaction volumes are still relatively low. Despite this, spot prices on the whole continue to maintain an upward trend. Among different product categories, DDR4 chips are still experiencing the most significant price hikes. The average spot price of mainstream chips (i.e., DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s) has increased by 6.88% from US$5.564 last week to US$5.947 this week.

NAND Flash Spot Price:

The spot market became active in sentiment after the subversion of the contract market, and transactions are starting to rebound under the expectation of price hikes and rising demand for buy orders, with QLC products performing the best. Spot prices of 512Gb TLC wafers rose by 3.68% this week, arriving at US$2.960.
